To place an order, please follow these steps:

1. Select the product you'd like to buy and 'Check Availability at' your preferred pin code.

2. Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now'.

3. Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Use a preferred payment mode or you can use Deluxora e-wallet for interesting offers and confirm the order.

There are no hidden charges when you shop on Deluxora. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

Generally, orders are delivered within 7-8 Business days. If the buyer does not receive the goods (goods still in transit) even after being shipped by the Deluxora, the buyer needs to contact the Deluxora Customer Service.

After Deluxora ships your order, a Tracking Button will appear against your order no. You can track your order on shipping company's website or link will be provided with the tracking number. Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact Deluxora Customer Care for more information.

My Account is your Deluxora profile page where you can update your profile. In my account, e-wallet facility is provided. If you pay via Deluxora e-wallet you can avail various discounts under our promotional schemes. We are offering our customers with a very unique and exciting feature - Date management! This would help you save the special date of your loved ones in your account and we keep reminding you of such dates. We also make the gift selection process hassle-free by suggesting the perfect gift for your perfect one (based on a bucket list of their likes and dislikes which would already be provided by you while saving the date).

Data Security:

You can surely trust us for purchasing Deluxora products. All payments are processed by a renowned third-party payment processor - CCavenue who also process payments for over 50,000 merchants in India. After you enter Address details on for completion of order, we direct you to for completion of payment. It is with them that you share you credit / debit card details, not with us. You can check it in the address bar of your browser. After redirecting you to, we do not have any control over the details you enter. All transactions are handled by CCavenue thereon.

Also, banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions that provides an extra layer of security through identity verification.

An E-mail or SMS, as opted, will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as Deluxora ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Deluxora account.

We offer Gift wrapping service on your request. Simply select the option for Greeting during checkout and put your Gift Message in the comments box.

 Orders will be delivered by the date you see on the product page for your location.

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details as to when the courier service will try to deliver again.

If your shipment has been delayed (which is very unlikely and rare), kindly check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting ‘My Orders’

Deluxora usually ship orders immediately so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Service so that we can look into it.

As per the Company Policy, a shipment cannot be opened before delivery. Once you have accepted the package, Deluxora assures you that any concerns / grievances would be taken care of post acceptance (in case you have any).

The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Visit My Account › My Orders, choose the order for which you'd like the invoice for and click on the download option.

Deluxora Private Limited shall operate e-wallet on its website for ease of payment.

Some of the salient features of our e-Wallet account are as follows:

1. It's safe and secured.

2. You cannot use balance available in your Deluxora e-wallet account to make payment / shop / recharge for any other website.

3. As per our refund policy, Deluxora will credit customers’ e-wallet account for an amount equivalent to order value in case of receipt of any damaged product.

4. Deluxora is not liable to pay any interest on the balance available in your e-wallet account.

5. The amount available in your e-wallet is not transferrable to any other e-wallet account of the user registered on

6. As per RBI norms, this e-wallet is closed PPI' (Pre-paid Payment Instrument) type which means, under closed PPI, any balance lying to the credit of the user, can only be used for buying products thru our website only.

7. Maximum amount to be transferred to e-wallet account is Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand Indian rupees only).

8. Part payment through e-wallet is not possible.  Further, payment through E-wallet is not possible if the order value is less than Rs. 1000/- per order.  A maximum of Rs. 300/- can be redeemed through E-wallet account on the value of more than Rs.1000/- per order.

9. Balance available in e-wallet account cannot be transferred to your bank account nor money can be directly transferred from your bank account / debit card to your e-wallet account.

10. Your e-wallet account is automatically created immediately after signing up on and the same is active for any online transactions through the website.
