CANCELLATION OF DELUXORA ORDER

Deluxora is a brand created for delivering high-quality gifts and acknowledges the immense emotional value attached to gifting. We believe in ‘No Question Asked’ return policy. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at info@deluxora.com  with your order number mentioned in the subject line. In case, you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. 

RETURN POLICY

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.

Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the gift item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within  24 hours from the date of delivery.

If a customer has received the product in damaged condition then he has to bring this issue to the knowledge of Deluxora within 24 hours by mail along with damaged product photograph.

Deluxora will ship the same product (Subject to availability) to the customer without any extra cost.

In case the same product is not available, Deluxora will deposit the equivalent amount (Including shipping charges paid by customer) to his e-wallet account, which he/she can use any time for his next purchase.

If the customer is not willing to accept credit to e-wallet account, order value will be transferred to his bank account/credit/debit card used initially for buying the product on the written request of the customer.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products/gifts:

The product(s) has/have been personalized, made to order or customized in any way.

The packaging or any of the individual product components have been unsealed
