SHIPPING MODE

Deluxora is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring the high quality of packaging. Online Paid order is shipped the next working day and is mostly delivered within 7 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agency and we have currently tied up with FedEx as our primary shipping service provider.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post where delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charge of INR 85.00 per Order is fixed.  Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

As per the Government of India, Deluxora is fully GST compliant. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

SHIPPING TIME

Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which are within 7 to 8 working days.

After payment confirmation, the order will be processed within the next 24 hours. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. However, the areas falling into remote locations or the areas where delivery by courier agency cannot be attempted, shipping would be done through Government Registered India Post where delivery time may extend approx. up to 10 days.

Indicative shipping time, areawise, is as follows:

Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 5 to 6 working days.

Rest of India: 7 to 8 working days through courier agency.

Remote areas of India: 9-10 working days through Government Registered India Post

SHIPPING INWARD

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at info@deluxora.com. We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
